The sad news is, today's collection of D&G was their last ever. It's going to become a part of Dolce and Gabbanna. The good news is, they finished on a high note. It was without a doubt their best D&G show. It was youthful, it was colourful, it was fun.
There were a lot of printed scarves, tied around as skirts, tops, even vertiginous wedges, that I'm dying to own. On the opposite there were flat gold sandals (just as good) with flowing maxi dresses and flowing hair. Earrings and necklaces were big, clutches either oversized or very tiny. And the colours. There were lots of them, in clashing prints, all looking summery. Let's hope the weather will be with us next year.
Have a stylish day.
