Fashionable day out

My last post was about staying in, but until for-mentioned DVD comes out there is plenty to do that's fashion related as well. For example a trip to Somerset House. The home of London Fashion Week exhibits is great place to visit any time of year but at the moment there's so much going on, you won't know what to do first. There is an exhibition of Matthew Williamson's work, that I'm going to see and can't wait. Williamson's work is quite mesmerizing and it fits well into this time of year. Expect a report from that soon, but if you get time the show is on until January 30th next year. Also you can see the Dior Illustrated: Rene Gruau and the Line of Beauty exhibition, that showcases groundbreaking artworks including original illustrations for Christian Dior Parfums, vintage perfume bottles, sketches and magazines, as well as a selection of Dior Haute Couture dresses personally chosen by John Galliano including a special dres designed by Galliano himself, in homage to Gruau on until 9 Jan 2011. More info here.
And if that's not enough the famous open air ice rink opens there on November 23rd, which is rather magical. Make sure you wrap up warm and loose yourself in what is my favourite sport. So plenty to do and all very exciting.
Have a stylish day.
