On the day of the first wedding anniversary of Prince William and Kate Middleton, I though why not also remember the original princess we all loved so much the world over. I can't believe in August this year, it will have been 15 years since her death. She was a truly wonderful woman and a style icon. Here so well portrayed by Mario Testino.

Party feet by Mechante
If the continuous, unstoppable rain has left you in shoe crisis (none of my footwear seems to be appropriate for this weather), you may need some inspiration for pretty booties. Well we're in luck, because these beauties are Mechante AW collection and I can't wait for it to hit the stores. I am loving what I've seen, especially all the embelishment like studs, beading, animal print and a great attention to detail. In your face miserable weather! This autumn my feet will be stylish and ready for rain or shine.

Jewelled Wednesday - a little bit different
I decided to do today's Jewelled Wednesday post a bit differently. Usually I write about things I discovered, I dreamed about or anything that just caught my eye, but today I'm giving you a peak into my jewellery box. Obviously I have loads more, but here are few of my favourite pieces. What's your favourite item of jewellery you own?
1. Rings from top to bottom: YSL (2), Nelly.com, stackable from ASOS
2. black necklace ALDO, golden H&M
3. pink necklace ASOS
4. flower necklace from Accesorize
5. Cross necklace - can't remember where it's from as I bought it many years ago. Here's why

It's an instagram life #7
Most of these pictures were taken last weekend. The sun showed its face, so I went for a walk a noticed the sticker above at a bus station. I love nothing more than a positive thought :)
I did a proper spring cleaning of my wardrobe (and feel much better for it, especially as I gave away a lot to charity) and took picture of few of my favourite things. I also discovered a pastel yellow Zara skirt that I bought couple of years ago, that will be perfect for the summer. I can't wait to wear it. I've also organised my make-up drawer a bit. Here's few of my must-haves.
After all that cleaning and organising and working like crazy for last few weeks, there's nothing better than lighting few candles and having a relaxing evening with a book/movie. How do you like to unwind?

Outfit inspirations - midi skirt
Yesterday the sun came out for a bit, so I had to take advantage and went for a walk. However I was being a bit too optimistic temperature-wise and ended up being a bit under-dressed. Anyway I wore my River Island skirt (as seen before here) it was a total bargain and I'm enjoying wearing it more and more. My top is from H&M, flats and blazer Zara (seen most recently here). The blazer is my ultimate wardrobe staple. It goes with anything! I am also wearing ASOS bag, which you can't see much, my beloved YSL rings and Michael Kors watch.

Vintage Sunday - Paolo Roversi
Few days ago I found out, that I missed an exhibition of Paolo Roversi in London, which finished in March. I'm disappointed as he's one of my favourite fashion photographers, so to celebrate his work I decided to dedicate him today's Vintage Sunday post. This amazon picture of Laetitia Casta just spoke to me, when I was trying to pick something. His work is amazing and this is definitely a good example of it. More on my tumblr.

Party feet - New Look
Today I decided to check out the high street for some nice affordable shoes. For quite a while I've been relying on New Look to have exactly that. And I wasn't dissapointed. They always have a great range of styles, at various heights and materials and you can get quite a lot of real leather ones for a very reasonable price. I've been recently shocked by few higher-priced high street brands selling non-leather shoes at sky high prices. That's why it's nice to see some labels offering quality goods without trying to rip you off. Here's few styles I liked at New Look. Which ones are your fave? I'm loving them all (obviously) especially the neon heel, although wish they'd be a bit lower.

Stylish answers - Liz Black
I loved Liz Black's AW collection so much, that I simply had to bring you some more pictures and of course a short interview with the talented designer. Among other things, we talked about THAT dress worn by Lady Gaga. AW is quite simple and minimalistic, but with interesting detailing and sexy, I love it and want everything! Read the interview below.
Have a stylish day.
1.) First of all tell me about Lady Gaga wearing your dress. Did it put a big spotlight on you and your work or it didn't have any impact at all?
Lady Gaga is a very daring fashion forward girl. It was great to see my dress in someone that appreciates fashion and enjoyed wearing it. It attracted a lot of press attention around the globe, including Vogue.UK, Elle.UK.
2.) What was the inspiration behind that dress/collection?
- Geometric and circular shapes inspired by the Orphist artist Sonia Delaunay.
- Print influenced by the work of abstract expressionist Jackson Pollock
- Masculine influences such as bow ties, lapels and collars sewn
3.) What other celebrity would you like to wear your designs and why?
More than a celebrity I would love to dress up the fashion icon Daphne Guinness.
4.) Did you always want to be a fashion designer? If you weren't a designer what would you be?
Since I was a child I used to design clothes for my dolls and later as a teenager I continued designing for friends and myself. I always knew I would end up designing for an audience. However I studied dentistry back in my country before becoming a fashion designer.
5.) What are your dreams/goals?
Showing on the catwalk at London Fashion Week would ultimately be one of the greatest things for Liz Black and being able to develop our label into an international highly desirable luxury brand, attracting loads of attention and generating significant press and celebrity placements.

It's an instagram life #6
I'm so glad I took last Friday off and made most of the nice weather, as since then it's been horrible. Here's one more picture of my mini photoshoot I did with my friend in a park near where I live. That day we had a coffee with our lunch served in a nice cup.
Yesterday it was raining nearly non-stop and I took few pictures of the rain and the sky in between showers. In the evening I tried to relax with a candle and painted my nails.

Jewelled Wednesday - Nelly round 2
Can't believe it's Wednesday again, time is going to fast! But Wednesday is Jewelled Wednesday and that always make me smile. Because you liked my Nelly.com post last week, and because I am becoming slightly obsessed with the site, I've got round two of gorgeous jewellery. They get new stuff every day, so the choice is really good. I'm loving the letter rings and as you can see I'm after some bracelets. I like so many off them! You can buy it all here.. And the best news? To celebrate the UK launch, they are now offering free delivery :)

Buy of the week - the perfect summer sandal
Many many years ago, I bought these strappy wedge sandals from River Island - they were my first online purchase ever. I loved them so much I wore them to death. They fell apart last summer and I was literally closed to tears. I was determined to find something similar and after hours of browsing the web, I finally found them! These Aldo beauties not only strongly remind me of my beloved pair, they're as good as can get. I love both versions but initially I was after colourful ones, because they're so great for summer and really they are very similar to my old pair. But I'm tempted to buy both - buy them here, because both look great and they cost very decent £70. Instore and online now. Which would you go for?

Basharatyan V AW 12
The talented girls behind this label is Veronica Basharatyan of Balkarian-Armenian origins, who moved to London to follow her dream. She studied both at Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion and throughout her studies produced two collections that were shown at various exhibitions in London and Moscow. Her AW collection was shown at Milan Fashion Week and was very well received. I'm not surprised, as I love every piece. See more images on my tumblr.

Vintage Sunday by Peter Lindbergh
After few seasons of waiting and countless of guesses from the whole fashion world, it was announced on Monday, that John Galliano was replaced by Raf Simons as a creative director of Dior. It's definitely an end of an era, but I'm quite excited for the new one and can't wait to see vision of Dior under Simons. Here is a my tribute to Galliano as photographed by Peter Lindberg for Vogue Paris Dec06/Jan07 starring Sasha Pivovarova and styled by Emanuelle Alt. As I said many times before I wish Galliano all the best for the future and hopefully comeback to fashion very soon.

Outfit inspirations -asymmetric Zara skirt
Today the sun has come back, I had a day off and spent it with my friend. It was fantastic and we had a lot of fun. I was excited to wear my Zara skirt which I absolutely love. My flats and bag are also from Zara. My T-shirt is by Markus Lupfer and denim jacket by DKNY jeans. Sunglasses are Tom Ford.
