Jewelled Wednesday - dangly earrings

As you may know from this post I am going to a wedding soon. I've bought a dress and picked the shoes, now it's time for some bling. My dress is asymmetric one-shoulder, meaning I won't be wearing any necklace and am on a lookout for some earrings. There are some truly amazing ones online, bearing in mind my outfit choice, here's few I'm considering. Something for every budget.

Rainbow Winters AW 12/13

Ever since I met Amy Winters and she showed me her collection few seasons back, I can't wait to see more. She had me at torch light.. You heard well! The first time she introduced me to her creations, she used torch light to show the effects her clothes do. They change colour under different light, movement.. The effect was jaw-dropping. I did an interview with her and you can read it here where you can also find more about here.
Here are few of my favourite pieces of upcoming AW 12/13 collection. I tried on the necklace and it's top of my wish list and the rest is just as good.
Have a stylish day.

It's an instagram life #13

I hope you've been all been enjoying the gorgeous weather as much as me. I took advantage of it and have only been wearing the lightest of dresses (in fabric and colour) and having extra fun with my nails to go with it. Glitter and gems are always a favourite and new pastel colours were needed. I added Essie - Lovey dovey and Mint candy apple to my collection.
London looks super gorgeous in the sun, here's a picture of Picadilly Circus and of course sun and cocktails go hand in hand. Oh and have you ever seen cuter diet coke?
Have a stylish sunny day.

Party feet - by Jimmy Choo

In five weeks I'm going to a wedding of one of my best friends and the pressure to look good is on! Loads of people I know are going to be there and I wanna make sure I look and feel good. I'm very excited as I haven't been to a wedding for quite a while. I've bought a dress on Thursday now I'm on a hunt for shoes that can rise to the occasion. I've been eyeing the sky-high glitter wedges by Jimmy Choo for ages and thought they'd be perfect. I had a proper look round the website and was pleased to find out they come in three different heights! How convenient. After a careful consideration I'm leaning towards the middle ground. I'm tall so don't need the extra inches plus they'll be more comfortable.
Whilst I like and appreciate the lowest style, I wouldn't probably choose them for a wedding, but would love a pair like them in a different colour - perfect everyday shoe.
I've also discovered the matching clutch bag that is very tempting to me, but matchy-matchy is something to avoid, no? What do you think? And which height would you go for?

Chanel resort

Time goes too quick, now it's resort season and before we know it, it'll be fashion month. Last week Chanel showed their resort collection and although I didn't like everything (but that's normal), there were few amazing looks. I picked my favourites - they are definitely inspiring. I was surprised to see so many flat shoes but it's definitely season appropriate. Now let's just hope for some nice weather so we can wear summer dresses Chanel style.

It's an instagram life #12 - more of Mayfair

As mentioned yesterday, last Friday I went to see the amazing Hermes exhibition. It was so insightful and well curated, if you do get a chance go! It finishes this Sunday, so here's your plan for the weekend. I promise you'll love it, especially the room when you see people making Hermes handbag right in from of your eyes. You don't realise how much hard work goes into each one..
Yesterday I showed you pictures from Ralph Lauren shop windows and today I'm bringing you couple of Louis Vuitton. Horses in the windows carrying handbags? Why not. The whole of London is looking super festive for the upcoming Jubilee and Tiffany & Co looks very pretty (as always) under the bunting.
I bought new royal blue trousers that look good against all my gold. Outfit post soon..
Have a stylish day.

Window shopping on Bond Street

Last Friday in between meetings, I popped over to Burlington Gardens to see the Hermes leather forever exhibition (more about that later) and as Bond Street is just round the corner, of course I couldn't resist a quick visit. Mayfair is one of my favourite parts of London and Bond Street is a must visit regularly - I always love to have a look around and dream about million things I'd like to buy. The windows always look great and this time Ralph Lauren won me over with their beautiful displays. Unfortunately you can see a bit of a reflection of the opposite buildings, but I think you still get a pretty good idea about the shop windows. They take you to another dreamy world and there is definitely nothing wrong with that :) What do you think?

Vintage Sunday - Miss Pink in the making

Today's Vintage Sunday post I slightly different.. The photograph above is vintage that's for sure. The photographer is no one famous, but my dad and the little Miss Pink in the making would be me and styled by me too :) I am wearing a pink polo shirt that my mum bought me on her trip to Vienna, therefore it was extra special. I believe I was around six.

It's an instagram life #11

Last remainders of my holiday. You know how much I love animal prints.. I love the fabulous interior of my favourite coffee place/bar in my home town. The do the best ice coffee. Below is a pic of flying peacock that I discovered through my friend. Isn't is breathtaking? I don't know how about you, but I've never seen flying peacock before this. Last Sunday it was Mother's day in Czech republic (and many other countries) so I took my mum for a nice cake. The choices were endless and all too tempting, I went for a yummy chocolate cake in the end. Towards end of holiday I kept my nails simple and just added little gem as a little detail. And last is a picture from my home town. Back to work and reality now, but it's all good :) and I'm left with great memories..
Have a stylish day.

Jewelled Wednesday - by YSL

It is not a secret, that I have a weakness for YSL jewellery. Ever since my first Arty ring I've become addicted to the lovely feeling each new piece gives me. Recently I treated myself to the gold chunky bracelet I've been going on about for quite some time and it has been getting me compliments ever since. People have been asking me where I got it from, so I thought I'd share the good news that it's back online and you can buy it here. Which colour is your favourite?

Designer v High Street - the Marant sneaker

The Isabel Marant wedge sneakers have become somewhat an obsession or cult buy shall we say. If you dream of owning one, but can't afford the real deal do not despair. There are some great versions on the high-street and I'm especially loving this take on them by New Look (buy them here). They are made of real suede and at £59.99, they won't break the bank. Are you a fan?

Miss Pink Style - sunny yellow

I said before in this blog post how much I love maxi dresses. Sunny weather calls for yellow and my ultimate summer staple. I bought this dress last year in Primark for £8 it's the best bargain ever, I've been wearing it loads! My bag and watch are by Michael Kors, jewellery by YSL and python bangle from Primark.

Jewelled Wednesday - by Sonal Talgeri Bhaskaran

By now you probably know, that I am a big fan of statement jewellery. I feel naked withou big cocktail rings and always add a cuff or bracelet and more. My latest discovery is work by Sonal Talgeri Bhaskaran. She uses her Indian heritage in East-meets-West pieces, that are minimalist but interesting. Everything is hand-made and style points guaranteed. Sonal Bhaskaran will launch September this year and I can't wait. See few of my fave pieces above.

Miss Pink Style - high-low skirt

One of my favourite trends of this summer is high-low skirts and dresses. I love this one from Zara( I wore it first here) and of course it would go on holiday with me. Worn here with Aldo wedges, old Mango top, Zara skirt, Tom Ford sunnies, YSL jewellery and Michael Kors watch.
