Party feet - Net-a-porter.com sales edition

Let's face it - not everyone has unlimited financial resources and can buy as many shoes/clothes/handbags as they need(want). That's when the sales come in handy. I am the biggest Net-a-porter fan, but as money definitely is an object, I only treat myself once in a while. BUT when the sales are on, they always have lots of incredible bargains and it's the time I make sure to buy a thing or two. The shoe selection especially is always tempting me. If I invest, I tend to make it accessories - jewellery mainly, handbags and shoes or a timeless pieces that will last.

Hair inspirations

You may know from reading my blog, that I am going to a wedding of one of my best friends soon and I couldn't be more excited. It's in less than three weeks now and I think about it a lot, planning my outfit, which is nearly ready, and now I've turned my attention to hair. My dress is asymmetric one-shouldered, so I'm looking at side buns and ponytails. Whether you're going to a wedding or any summer soiree, I think a side ponytail looks super girly and cute and suits everyone.
Upon this I have to admit a huge hair envy of Blake Lively. Up or down, her hair always looks gorgeous. For dressier occasions you can't beat sparkly accessories like hair bands or adding braids. Charlize Theron rocked with her Alice band at this year's Oscars.
I really can't wait to be all done up and share my look with you. Not long to go down.

Miss Pink Style - metallic top

I'm on holiday in Czech republic (home) and the weather has been great so far (yay :)). I won't be tweeting as much as usually, but I'll try to be in touch as much as I can and will bring you few of my outfits.

Hugo Boss AW 12/13

Hugo Boss isn't a label I would normally go for (I love their fragrances though), but I was invited to their AW press day and was curious to see what they've got in store for next autumn. As you can imagine by the amount of pink pieces, I loved what I saw. The accessories, especially handbags are to die for and I want all the coats pictured here. They are timeless, classic pieces worth the investment. I'm lusting the most after the white furry one. The whole collection is very wearable, elegant and sophisticated. Time to start saving up..

Jewelled Wednesday by By Marlene Birger

New season calls for new accessories. What better way to give nod to a trend than with a shiny new necklace, ring, bracelet, etc.. I adore this colourful number by By Marlene Birger , available at Mywardrobe.com. Pastels are huge for spring summer! I'm more into brights, but this necklace definitely caught my attention. Not less because it's kind of magical too! You heard me right. Because the plastic pieces are see through, they change shade according to what you wear it over. Good example is the dress below. Giambattista Valli SS 12

Not long now till the end of Paris Fashion Week and the whole fashion month. It's been fun watching all the shows and making my wish list for next year. So many great looks to choose from! Giambattista Valli is someone who never disappoints and season after season designs beautiful clothes. Today was no different. I've picked few of the lovely looks, but couldn't help and concentrate on the accessories. The minute I saw the handful of bangles I could barely think about anything else. I know I need to get myself at least one. They all look absolutely amazing and I'd struggle to pick my favourite. I'm also beyond excited that the arm bracelet is back. I've been dying to own few, but they're so hard to come by. Hopefully there will be a nice selection next year.
Also what about the shoes?! Gorgeous like everything Valli. I love all the animal references and prints as it just looks so fabulous. Great collection. What do you think?

Party feet - by Christian Dior

As embarrassing as it may sound, I gasped out loud when I first spotted these in a magazine (first at Vogue then InStyle, both UK)! That's how much an impact they made. I really like feathered accessories, including earrings and clutch bags, and these Christan Dior stunners literally tickle my fancy. In case you can't tell from the picture ( I've been playing with my new camera app on iPhone) they are purple and yellow, fresh for S/S 11. I like the way you tie them up around your ankle, giving them serious sex appeal. Perfect for the colour blocking trend that's going to be so big in the upcoming season. I love!

Toy watch

I am a sucker for watches. I've got quite a selection and it is something that I'm not afraid to invest in. Good watch is a great accessory and if you look after it will last you a life time. I really like Toy watch selection. They've got so many colours, I find it hard to pick (obviously I can't afford them all... ). They are a great way to liven up your wardrobe. If you're afraid to wear colours, why not add a colourful watch. Simple! And looking at them when checking time will cheer you up. The design is quite classic, so they won't date. The only problem you may have is to which one to pick..

It will go with everything from daywear straight to dressing up and evening outfit. It's from the AW collection so not in the stores yet, but make sure you look out for it.

A day in a museum

As I said before, I like visiting museums, to soak in some culture and get inspired. There is such a great selection of museum and galleries in London, that the possibilities are endless. My favourite one is Victoria and Albert Museum, which I have visited again recently. I went to see the Grace Kelly exhibition I told you about before, and also the jewellery section on 2nd floor. It's a must see for every fashionista! They've got amazing selection of accessories dating back to ancient times and up to present. It's breath taking watching what people wore in the past and how the trends change. It's so so inspiring. Here are few of my favourite pieces. As you may know I am a big fan of statement necklaces.. Stunning!

Amanda Wakeley SS'10

I used to be more of a trousers girl. I don't even know why, they just always seemed to be an easier option. But that all changed and I'm falling more and more in love with dresses. I mean they are so easy to wear! You can just throw them on, add a bit of a jewellery and you're done. And they're even easier to take from day to night. Just add heels for the evening, whilst during the day ballerinas, or when it's warmer, some sexy flat sandals will do. Perfect!

My pick from last seven days is one day early this time, but I'm already loving two outfits, so don't wanna wait any longer. Plus it's nearly the end of the month, meaning Olivia's blog is about to end. To me, she is real style inspiration and I advise you to check out all of her outfit in Today I'm wearing at Vogue.co.uk. I love how both outfits look smart yet casual. She always carries an amazing handbag and accessories. I envy quite a few of her statement necklaces.. Denim is HUGE for spring/summer. Everywhere you look it's there. It's my favourite trend. First of all it never really goes out of fashion and it's just so versatile. This season you can go a bit crazy, because double denim is back. Plus it doesn't stop at clothes, there are lovely denim accessories all around as well. I just love this denim bag by Mango. The slouchy style is very now too, so you get more than one trends in one item. Plus for £30 it's a great way how to update your wardrobe, without breaking the bank. Perfect! By now you may know I'm a big accessories fan. At the moment I'm really into statement necklaces. I've shown you quite a few designer ones, but now I'm bringing you a great one I found on the high street. It's from Oasis and for £35 it's a bargain worth every penny. Statement necklaces are an easy way how to update your outfit, looking great with plain tees and a pair of jeggins. Add flats during the day and heels in the evening and you're sorted.

favourite show of New York fashion week

New York Fashion week has finished and I have to say, I have seen some amazing shows. Well only online thanks to style.com unfortunately, but I've enjoyed it never the less. Some amazing outfits are awaiting us in the next autumn/winter season, so despite it meaning it's gonna be cold again(and this longest winter hasn't even finished yet!), we've got something to look forward to. We can make it a stylish season no matter what the weather and we can definitely keep warm, without loosing our style creds. I've picked my favourite show and I can tell you it was hard! Another great show by even better designer. Vera Wang is famous for her wedding dresses, but she does so much more. And she does it well! Her latest AW'10 collection was feminine and powerful and I mostly loved the accessories. I'm mad for pearls and these necklaces and bracelets are to die for!
