I've already mentioned Wardrobe mistress (catch up here), but there is many more ways how to save money. There are various sites, that are full of designer goodies at purse friendly prices. Today is mostly about worn and nearly new pieces, but I will write a post about good ways how to save money on new stuff too - all year round sales or sites that compare prices.
I did a little research on second-hand online boutiques and was pleasantly surprised. I found many that are worth checking out.
Fashion Blood Hound has a great selection of designer clothes and accessories. I was especially pleased to see quite a few shoes in my size (41), which I'm often struggling to find. And they promise to source stuff for you, if you're after a particular item. Sounds great no?
Style sequel has some amazing pieces too. Everything is handpicked with a great sense for style. The prices are very good, the only downside is, that they are all ebay auctions, so there is no guarantee you win your desired piece.
Hardly ever worn it's selection is amazing! So many desirable items. Again you buy through ebay auction, but there is also but it now option. I really like the design of the site and they sell stuff for you too. Must-visit.
I definitely recommend them all it your after some high-end stuff, but are on the budget. Let me know if you find some great bargain and also if you know any amazing webite I forgot to mention.
And because Carrie Bradshaw was known for her mixture of old and new, who better to show for an inspiration.

Outfit inspirations - dressing up
The countdown is on for London Fashion Week and I couldn't be more excited. All I've been thinking about lately, is what I'm going to wear and creating outfits in my head. I went on a little online shopping spree last weekend and below are few things I bought. All together I purchased 4 dresses (2 from ASOS and 2 from Zara), three of which have been on a sale and real bargains, 3 pairs of shoes - 2 from Zara - 1 nude pair pictured below, a pair of pink boots from River island featured yesterday and a pair of flats to keep in my bag for emergency moments after long days at LFW. Now of course I'm on a hunt for some great accessories - mainly jewellery. I'll keep you posted with what I've found.
What do you think of my dresses? The pink and burgundy ones are from ASOS and the printed one from Zara (it is my style challenge for this year to wear more prints). Now I've got few things to wear, I really can't wait for LFW!

Bargain hunting Part 1 - Wardrobe Mistress
I tweeted last week about a dress that I found on two different websites at very different prices. It got me thinking. It really pays to shop around, as you can save yourself a lot of money. There are times when you don't have to be loyal and this is it. Yes you may spend more time searching, but with the money you save, you can maybe buy an extra item too :). Fortunately there are some sites that help with your search for a bargain and alo sites that "just" sell bargains. So I decided to run a feature over few coming days, introducing my fave ways to save money, but still buy great stuff.
Starting with Wardrobemistress.co.uk . When I was introduced to this by lovely Tanya at Push PR press day, I was hooked straight away. What the lady behind the site does, is a wardrobe detox for her clients and the stuff that's left unwanted, is then sold at the website. She does of course much more and you can read about it on the site. But for now let's concentrate on the treasures you can discover. If you're wondering, yes most of the stuff is pre-worn or used, but some of it very barely used and all is in good condition. The best bit is the amazing reductions. I'm talking Louboutin shoes for as low as £80. Unfortunately most of them too small for me, but I keep checking regularly, because new goods are arriving all the time. The handbag and shoes selection is absolutely incredible, as well as the clothes to be honest. It's kind of a "vintage shopping" from the comfort of your home. And much cheaper, actually. So if you like a good bargain, do check Wardrobe mistress now and don't forget to come back, for more features how to shop and save money.

Party feet - by Alexander Wang
I am very excited for tuesday, because one of my favourite New York's designers Alexander Wang is having a big sale at the Outnet. The master of effortless chic is loved by many and it's not surprising. Outnet always have amazing stuff on their site, so I can imagine there will be some amazing bargains to be had. I thought it would be a good way to look at some shoes they've got at the moment by Wang for those who don't want to wait any longer. However make sure you'll check the sale anyway as I'll bet it's going to be rather good. I am a big fan of Outnet and check it regularly, because you can find some real treasures there. And not just shoes. So check it out if you haven't yet and good luck on Tuesday. Let me know if you manage to snap something.

Buy of the week
How amazing are these wedges from H&M! Wedges are my choice of footwear for most of the year, but in the summer I simply can't live without them. These nautical beauties are great with cropped pants and simple tee for your beach look or skirt and a blouse for chilled out weekends. Now the sun has been coming out a bit more, it's time to start shedding layers and this pair of shoes is an easy way to accessorize to perfection.

Good news for bargain hunters. After much success the first time around, Selfridges are hosting another garage sale this sunday from 12 to 4 pm. And as you can imagine it's not like any other garage sale. With items donated by famous names from fashion, music, sport and entertainment it's an event not to be missed. Among stall holders you can see Yasmin Le Bon, Louise Redknapp, Trinny Woodhall to name just a few. You can guarantee to find some treasures for yourself or as a Christmas present and with all proceeds going to charity Mothers4Children, you don't have to feel guilty if you get a bit carried away. statement necklace
By now you may know I'm a big accessories fan. At the moment I'm really into statement necklaces. I've shown you quite a few designer ones, but now I'm bringing you a great one I found on the high street. It's from Oasis and for £35 it's a bargain worth every penny. Statement necklaces are an easy way how to update your outfit, looking great with plain tees and a pair of jeggins. Add flats during the day and heels in the evening and you're sorted.

bargain hunter
I hate winter. I hate that it's dark all the time, it rains a lot and it's COLD! Lately you could really feel the temperature drop and to cheer myself up there is only one way out - shopping! And with a great excuse, because there is no better time than now, to buy a new coat. I love coats and jackets and I have so many. But there is never too many, as with any other item of clothing or accessory. Now I have to tell you how lucky I was, as I got myself the best bargain ever! I said this before and I'm gonna say it again. I love to mix and match. Little bit of high street, little bit of designer and so on. And my last find proves, you don't have to spend a fortune to look good. I'm talking about my faux fur coat that I got in H&M for £20 in a sale recently. They had a special offer on winter outerwear. How lucky! Since then I had so many compliments about it and everyone thought it cost me loads! So now I'm extra excited as I have something fabulous that didn't break the bank.
Have a stylish day.
