my handbag obsession

O.k. this post may be coming a bit late as this handbag is already sold out, but I just LOVE IT. Mainly because of the colour, because if you read my blog regularly, you know I am obsessed with pink. And this shade is just AMAZING! But what I really like about is its potential. It's a timeless classic and it will look great for years to come. Mulberry Bayswater bags are an investment and I wouldn't mind having one in every colour. This one is on my definite wish list and I'm hoping to find it on e-bay or somewhere else. Wish me luck.

Do you remember in the last decade the obsession with boho? It was the time when Sienna Miller was known more for her style than her acting career and Nicole Richie is still a boho ambassador. It came and gone, but it's set to return in the new decade. Look no further than Isabel Marant's SS '10 collection. Her bohemina clothes, casual dresses and slouchy trouser are so comfortable you won't want to take them off. I loved the whole show and am even more exicted for spring to come now, hoping to snap some beauties from this french designer. Worn by the likes of Rachel Bilson and Cameron Diaz I'd be in a good company.

Burberry Prorsum - Pre-fall '10

To be honest I have never been a massive fan of Burberry. I know their famous trench coats are coveted and very popular, but it's just not my style. But I am a big fan of Christopher Bailey and what he's done to the brand is truly amazing. So I am slowly changing my opinion about this label with a great heritage. I loved his last collection and the pre-fall '10 is so good, I rate it all. Very stylish, wearable and timeless. Just what I like. Looks like they're getting a new fan in me and I'm sure there's loads to follow. And what's the news? Leggings and military style are here to stay...

Good news for all Michael Kors fans. The great american designer is putting his talents into beauty as well as fashion. Collaborating with noone less than Estee Lauder, they are creating limited Very Hollywood make-up collection. There are two pallettes: Bel Air Beige with nude and peach shades,and Rodeo Pink with stronger raspberry tones. I know which one I'm gonna go for.. Available from Harvey Nichols exclusively from 4 January and nationwide from 1 February.

juicy lips

I am addicted to lip gloss. If I only had to choose one make-up item to take on a deserted island it would be a lip gloos. And there are so many great ones out there! I am a die-hard fan of Juicy tubes by Lancome. They smell great, moisturize and last forever, making my lips feel very kissable. Shiny lips in a nice colour are the perfect last touch to a great outfit. I like playing with the different shades. I've just discovered a new edition - No 98 Strawberry Funk and I'm hooked! It tastes so yummy and has quite a rich pink tone, which I just love!

face of the moment - Lara Stone

Another decade is over. It will be remembered for various fashion moments - good and bad. After a long time of models being ultra skinny I'm glad there has been a new wave emerging of girls with curves.
And one of them is Lara Stone. She may not be typically beautiful. She's got a gap between her front teeth and is not a size zero, but that girl is god damm sexy. And the world has noticed. She has been fronting major ad campaigs, appeared on the cover of about any important magazine and walked catwalks for many great designers. And you can see why she has everyone at her feet. She isn't afraid to show her body and prove to everyone that curves are sexy. I hope people will realize that and stop starving themselves.
