Pink bows

This beautiful pink ribbon that I decided to use as a belt on my £8 H&M dress (and I think it really lifted it up), was wrapped around my Upper street shoes when they arrived. Not only I love the shoes (you may have seen them quite a few times already) I was really impressed with the packaging and now I am super grateful for my extra accessory. I think I'll wear it with everything - bows are such a nice detail. Don't you think?

1. I really love bows. On my Miu Miu and Upper street shoes and everything else.

2. More bows.. I ordered this Miu Miu top from the Outnet for a very good price and REALLY hope it's going to fit.

3. Last weak I wore my Chanel May polish and pink YSL lipstick

4. I also wore my Chanel Chance perfume and this YSL lipgloss. Oh and I turned that pink ribbon into a belt with a bow (see tomorrow)

5. Throw back Thursday: me in Paris ages 18. Excuse the bad hair day.. (this was way before GHD)

Stripes, studs and a mock croc

I can't tell you how many striped things there are in my wardrobe. Countless! But stripes are so timeless. And so is animal print. This mock croc skirt is a perfect transitional piece, I bought it for now and will also wear it in winter with tights. As for my Valentinos I consider them both timeless and versatile too. I love them :)

Let me tell you, for £14.99 in H&M, these leopard pants couldn't have been a better buy. I've been wearing them so much. You can dress them up like I did yesterday with lace top and heels or down with flats and denim jacket like I did here. Which look do you prefer?

Leopard and lace

 

The weather getting a bit cooler is the perfect opportunity to wear my leopard trousers. They have become my favourite! I dressed them up a bit this time with a lacey top and my beloved Miss Pink shoes.

1.  My favourite look of my favourite editorial in September's Vogue. Cara is styled to perfection. The outfit, the hair, the pink peonies.. Love it!

2. I'm always looking forward to ELLE's collections - must-have for any fashionista!

  3. August has arrived meaning September issues are out (fashion's logic). I've enjoyed my evenings buried into the fashion's best monthly. I also happen to be a big fan of Daria Werbowy.

4. Last week was full of good news and little personal achievements. That of course calls for a celebration with a Cosmo or two..

5. Is there a better way to spend an evening than watching girly movies with a mask on?!

Summer lovin'

 

I can't believe we're already half way through summer! And as it's been the hottest for a long time I've been making the most of it. Spending lots of times outdoors and enjoying the sunshine.

Here's few things I've been especially loving this summer:

1. Bikinis - I bought two sets as finally we can wear them in Britain too. And spending time by the pool and sunbathing :). This one is by Kelly Brook for New look and it's so perfect I simply had to have it.

2. Prints - florals are quite new to me, but fell in love with the top above (Great Plains from The Dressing room), I've been also loving these floral shorts. Other prints I bought included my chevron pillows, DvF ipad case and many more..

3. Essie nail polishes - my collection is growing strong. The colours I've been wearing most in July include: Madison Ave-hue, Mezmerized and The girls are out. What are your favourite shades?

4. Cold drinks - the perfect way to keep cool. I'm addicted to Starbucks' Mocha frappe. What's your favourite?

5. Summer sales - this DKNY bag was the best bargain (properly introduced here), another one was the top above, I bought two winter coats (I'm actually looking forward to wearing) and loads more. What were your best sale buys?

 

I've been also enjoying all the beautiful flowers everywhere, eating lovely fresh fruit (especially watermelon and cherries) and light salads, summer cocktails, long evenings, wearing minimal make-up and much more. What are you loving this summer?
