I am a big fan of America. If it wasn't for visa I'd be probably living there. I love everything American and always celebrate Independence Day. Probably not the same way it's celebrated in the US but I festive outfit. These are both older pieces and I guess I look like a giant flag but why not? ;)

I spent the past weekend in Czech mountains Jeseniky. We stayed two nights in spa town Velke Losiny where we visited the castle, did lot of walking enjoying the beautiful scenery a made little trips in the area. It was such a nice change to get away from most modern necessities( like internet - although I did miss it a bit..) and just enjoy nature. It's a place full of beautiful flora with loads to see and I can't wait to make another trip soon. Wearing mostly comfortable outfits with minimum jewellery and make-up, layers were a must and I was glad I brought my leather jacket to keep me warm.

Shorts weather

I hope you're not bored of these shorts yet, but to be honest I have been wearing them non-stop.. When I packed for my trip home and initially wanted to stay only shorter time, but decided to stay longer. I expected the weather to be good but not so good and didn't pack any summer clothes. And the weather has been quite summery. So I'm a bit short in that department. I've ordered few new things, but I need to be able to pack for the journey back so my wardrobe will remain limited..
To be honest I'm so pleased the weather has been gorgeous. I'm making the most of my time here, as I'm heading back to UK in less than a month and although I'm looking forward to it, I'm a bit worried about English Summer.. Just bare with me for now if you see certain clothes too often..

Life lately

Pinky morning, wearing beloved Valentino flats (seen too many times..), macaroons for breakfast, latest mani - Essie Big Spender, running errands and buying white flowers, ice cream time, Jimmy Choo shoes and pink nails, throw back Thursday from a trip to Vienna, finding four-leaf-clover and wishing you all lucky May, healthy brunch al fresco.

 

Spring has been mostly filled with sunsine so far which has been perfect for open toe shoes, eating outside, long walks, eating ice cream and having fun.

I'm not one to match prints much. I like simplicity mostly. Yet in today's outfit I ended up with animal print shoes, striped skirt and logo tee and I think it works. It's subtlety that's the key here. I added a pop of colour with my bag - it's kind of my signature. Although I just ordered a new black Miu Miu bag and already plan too many outfits with it.

Easy dressing

Hurray for first Friday of Spring and also first weekend which is nearly here :) It's meant to be hot! (temperature records have been broken in Czech republic) and I'm planning to take full advantage. Weekends are for easy dressing and what's easier than throwing on a simple dress and a pair of cute pumps. I've had this mini dress from H&M for years and worn it so many ways. I love that it's simple but not boring thanks to the stripes.

Ripped and cool

I was looking for the perfect pair of ripped jeans for what feels like ever and then I found them at The Outnet. It's one of my favourite sites to shop. If you don't know it, head over immediately. It's a sister site of net-a-porter group and is an outlet full of discounted designer products. I found some great bargains there over years and check it regularly. You wouldn't believe the stuff you can find sometimes. And at unbelievable prices! AND this is NOT a sponsored post. I'm saying this because I genuinely love the site. The only problem is you have to be quick. The amazing stuff sells out quickly..

Now back to this outfit. I wanted to keep the look fairly casual, but took the opportunity of good weather to wear my Upper street shoes (another good site where you can design your own shoes!) for the first time after the winter.
