White blazer love

Ever since buying my white blazer from New Look (1) - a bargain for £29.99 - it seemed to have filled a huge gap in my wardrobe I didn't even know was there. It's an easy way to dress up your jeans, smarten any look and goes with everything.

Excuse my trench

 

So last week I was wearing my shortest skirts and strapless tops and by the weekend we were back to layers. And not that it just got colder, we have had typical English April showers weather when you switch between sunglasses and umbrella every five minutes.. Sort it out England! That's why simple causals were the order of the day.

1. I love asymmetric cut and these two dresses from last week's Met Ball really caught my attention. They're simple but interesting. What do you think? Do you like Emma Watson in Prabal Gurung and Michelle Williams in Saint Lauren?

2. My love for python prints knows no limit. My Miu Miu heels and Zara bag are my favourites though.

3. I spent most of last week by the beach in Cooden beach south coast. Can we have the sun back?

4. I bought two sets of ASOS zig zag rings and love the endless possibilities. Also the pink Essie nail colour Madison Ave-hue is my current obsession.

Walk on the beach and inappropriate shoes

 

You wouldn't expect pebbled and kitten heels to mix well - I can confirm they don't. Anything in the name of a research ;)

Summer uniform

 

Can you tell I'm loving the sunshine! Skirts and strapless tops are pretty much my uniform. This skirt was another H&M sale bargain and so was ASOS top. The rest: DKNY jeans jacket, Michael Kors bag and watch, Jimmy Choo wedges, YSL rings, New look bangle and Dior sunglasses.

Wasn't the long sunny weekend lovely?! On Sunday (when these pictures were taken) we arrived to Cooden beach on Britain's South coast. We're here for a week so expect a lot of beachy pictures.
