Stylish nails

I decided to take a little break from pink nails and went for mushroom instead. To make it more interesting I added the glitter nail polish all over. I adore this one by Rimmel London. I just bought it and already planning lot of designs with it. I do hope to find a similar one with pink glitter, but this one is great anyway. What do you think?

Prints galore by Proffesor Weston

The extraordinary story of proffesor Richard Weston, originally an architect, whose work has taken the fashion world by the storm, continues with another successful venture. You may have heard about the Weston scarves, each printed with an image of a precious stone, that are already stocked at leading retailers such as Liberty and Net-a-Porter.com. The latest product he's got his amazing prints on are vest tops, that have just been exclusively launched at Harvey Nichols. Inspired by the natural beauty of gemstones, Richard Weston's striking products are a work of art.
Prints have been on fashion's forefront for a while now and are going nowhere. They featured heavily on the AW catwalks, so it's definitely a trend worth investing into. These beautiful tops are a good way to introduce print into your wardrobe. They are cool and will look great teamed up with skinnies and flats for a stylish day full of errands.
Have a stylish day.

Party feet by Camilla Skovgaard

This week filled with shoes continues, because it's Saturday and that means Party feet post. Danish born Camilla Skovgaard studied footwear design at Cordwainers and Royal College of art and her first collection was bought by Saks whilst she was still at University. Not a bad start. Since then she has recieved various awards for Best accessories designer and is now stocked in 33 countries across the globe.
Her AW 12 collection, as shown at LFW, is rather desirable. I like the fact that quite a few of the designs come in a form of stiletto and wedge making the collection perfect for all occasions. I can't say it enough how much I love wedges for running around. They are comfortable, yet still give you height and are much chicer option than flats. Below are few styles I'm loving for next season.

Shoes, shoes, shoes

My week has been filled with shoes. Starting off with Monday and my trip to Selfridges (read it again here) and yesterday I attended a party to celebrate 2nd birthday of Upper Street Shoes. If you don't know Upper Street, I'd recommend you to check them out. It's a great company with lovely people behind it, where you can design your own bespoke pair of shoes. From flats, which have been recently introduced, to highest of platforms. They have incredible selection of fabrics, skins, colours, embelishment.. the possibilities are endless. If you're strugling to find a pair of shoes of your dreams, here's your chance to design it and have it made so perfectly, that they literally fit like a glove. Designing with Upper Street is quite addictive. You can just go on the site without ordering anything and try it yourself. It's so much fun.
And the party was fun too. We talked about shoes and other important stuff ;), sipped cocktails, designed shoes and of course got inspired by all the beauties on display. I wish Upper Street, many more birthday parties to come and all the best with the business, because I really like the idea. And here are few pictures from last night..
Have a stylish day.

Fancy Fendi eyewear

March is here, sun is shining in London and it really feels like spring is coming - yay! It's time to start thinking about buying new sunglasses. I've come upon these slightly quirky shades by Fendi. The shape is what I'd call classic with an edge and I like the fact they come in different funky colours. They add interesting touch to your look and will prevent your eyes from the glare of sunshine. Result! Do you like?

Stylish homes

I apologise for the irregularity of this regular feature. I love interior design and find it so inspiring to look through magazines dedicated to this and I really want to make more effort to bring you my latest discoveries about home decor. I like rooms to be very minimalistic, not too cluttered, with just some accessories to add personal touch and uniqueness. I love lot of white and some black and a bit of colour to break up the monochrome (as done so well in the pic below). I like a lot of natural light and space and.... well I think the pictures included give you a really good idea.
Have a stylish day.
