I am a big fan of Diane von Furstenberg - what an inspiring woman. Believe it or not, she has been designing beautiful clothes for over 40 years. What better to look back over your succesful career than exhibition showing your work, collection of art and much more. Well if you're lucky enough and happen to be in Beijing, China or planning a trip there soon, make sure you check out this amazing display. It opened last week and is running through May 14th. The exhibit was previously shown in Moscow and Sao Paolo, but continues to evolve. You can expect her famous wrap dress from 1973, personal items from her archive and work comissioned by famous artists among other things. I'd love to visit but unfortunately are going to miss it. If you go and see it please let me know.

Jewelled Wednesday - by Lucas Jack
LUCAS JACK was created in 2006 by Nick Bartley when he decided to quit his job in banking. Taking the name from his 3 year old nephew, Bartley strives to create consistently beautiful, wearable and affordable jewellery and is a self-taught jewellery designer. All Lucas Jack jewellery is plated with 18 Karat gold and then brushed to give it a rich satin finish.
Colourful rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings, I'd be surprised if you didn't fall in love with his pieces instantly just like me. See the whole collection at lucasjack.com

Christophe Decarnin leaves Balmain
It's a sad day for me and fashion lovers all over the world. The news have been announced that Christophe Decarnin decided to leave Balmain. I have to admit he was the designer who put the famous French label under my radar. He made military style look chic, brought big shoulders back and cut the best pants. Plus there's much more. Season after season I was looking forward to watching his collections and loved every outfit. At the moment noone knows what the future holds for him, but let's hope he's gonna go onto something great and will keep brining us beautiful covetable clothes.
Here I want to remind ourselves few of his creations that were photographed and copied endlesly. He inspired and I hope he will continue to do so, whatever he does next. I wish him the best of luck.

Vintage Sunday - by Paolo Roversi
I'm super excited about today's Vintage Sunday post. This editorial styled by Lucinda Chambers for Vogue UK (May 1996) was photographed by Paolo Roversi, who is one of my favourite photographers. I love how the couture dress by Yves Saint Lauren is dressed down with model being barefoot, plus the hair accessories give it a tribal vibe. The dark background is genius, as it makes everything else really stand out. What do you think?

Bloggers talk
Yesterday I had the great opportunity to attend a bloggers talk organized by Fashion Business Club featuring Sasha Wilkins (Liberty London Girl) and Navaz Batliwalla (Disneyrollergirl). They were talking about blogging and what a phenomenon it has become. The main subjects were relationships between bloggers and brands/PR and the ways to benefit from these. It was really interesting to see what an important tool in marketing blogs have become. I learn lots of new important stuff and am really glad I could have attended. Thanks to FBC for bringing us such important events and also for inviting me. The official photos were taken by Michelle Bobb-Parris.
If you haven't heard of Sasha or Navaz, make sure you check out their blogs ASAP.

Get pampered with Tom Ford
By now, you may know how much I love Tom Ford. So you can imagine how excited I'm about this post. The master of everything he does, turned his magic powers to spa products. Described as "Holiday in your bathroom," you can expect something lovely for your skin. Plus with Ford behind it, luxurious seems to perfect word to describe it. I can't wait to test it and bet it's going to be on my list of products I can't live without. Love the sexy advert (you wouldn't expect anything less) and the packaging (again expected). Seems like this man can do no wrong. The spa range is sold exclusively at Selfridges and you can buy it online at selfridges website. I think this is a wonderful way to spoil your mum this Mothers day.
